Brase Construction is currently converting the old Horizon Hotel into Class A office space and luxury condominiums The project offers a great location on the river bluffs overlooking the St. Louis skyline. The hotel, built in the early 1970's, has been home to several restaurants over the years, including the extremely popular Sonny & Chars, and most recently the Sky Bar and Restaurant. The first of three phases will include the renovation of the restaurant areas into commercial office space. The second phase consists of the construction of residential condominiums on the southern wing. The northern wing of condominiums will be the final phase. Each new condominium wing will also include two new third floor penthouse units.
